By using events.archery.my you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
1. About archery.my Events
archery.my Events (events.archery.my) is a directory of archery events in Malaysia, operated by Crazetech ("we", "us"). Organizers list their events; visitors browse them and follow links to register with the organizer.
2. Event information
Event details — dates, venues, categories, fees, eligibility and schedules — are supplied by organizers. We check organizers before they can publish, but we can't guarantee every detail is accurate or current. Please confirm anything important with the organizer before you travel or pay.
3. Registration and entry fees
archery.my Events does not take entries, sell tickets or collect entry fees. Registration happens on the organizer's own website or form, under the organizer's terms. Questions about entries, payments, refunds, cancellations or results go to the organizer.
4. Organizer accounts
- You must give accurate information about yourself and the organization you represent, and keep your login details secure.
- You confirm you have the right to publish what you upload — posters, logos, photos, documents and text — and you allow us to display it on archery.my Events and in links shared from it.
- Listings must be genuine archery events, clinics, courses or trials. We may edit for formatting, decline, unpublish or remove a listing or account that is inaccurate, misleading, unlawful or outside this purpose.
5. Promoted listings and advertising
Organizers can pay to promote a listing and sponsors can pay to advertise. The price and what's included are shown before you pay. Payments are processed by ToyyibPay; we don't see or store your card or bank details. Paying for promotion does not change how we review a listing. For any problem with a payment, contact us.
6. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the site: no attempts to break or overload it, scrape it at volume, access accounts that aren't yours, or post content that is false, offensive or infringes someone else's rights.
7. Links to other sites
Event pages link to organizers' registration pages, live streams and other websites. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or how they handle your information.
8. Liability
The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for losses arising from event information supplied by organizers, from an event being changed or cancelled, or from your dealings with organizers, sponsors or other websites. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that can't be limited by law.
9. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the effective date above shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
